Social Impact
GAIA was built with purpose from the ground up.
Born in East London, we're building GAIA in the same communities that shaped us. For us, social impact isn't a marketing initiative it's part of who we are.
Starting with our mobile coffee truck, we're creating meaningful connections, supporting local communities, and building a business with long-term purpose.
From launch, we'll reinvest 5% of revenue into grassroots projects across
East London, with an initial focus on Tower Hamlets and Hackney the communities where GAIA is being built and grown. But our impact doesn't stop locally.
We believe great coffee should create value throughout the entire supply chain. That means supporting fair and responsible practices at origin while continuing to invest in the communities we serve here at home.
We're also working closely with the East End Community Foundation to help ensure our contributions are directed where they're needed most and create genuine, lasting impact.
As GAIA grows, so will our commitment. We'll share regular updates on the projects we support, the difference being made, and how our community is helping shape that journey.

Our Coffee
Great coffee starts long before it reaches the cup.
From day one, we've taken the time to understand the craft, the quality, and the journey behind every bean we serve. We're working closely with Specialty Cafetière, an independent East London roaster, learning every stage of the process from sourcing and roasting to flavour development and quality control.
This hands-on approach allows us to build something that genuinely reflects what GAIA stands for: quality, care, and connection.Over time, this knowledge will help shape GAIA's own coffee range, built on the relationships, experience, and understanding we're developing from the ground up.
Thoughtfully sourced. Carefully roasted. Served with purpose.

Meet the Growers
Coffee doesn't start with us.
Behind every cup are the people, places, and communities responsible for growing it. From Kenya and Ethiopia to Brazil and beyond, every coffee carries a unique story shaped by its origin, environment, and the people who produce it.
Through our collaboration with our roasting partner, we're committed to understanding these stories and learning more about the regions, farms, and processes that influence every bean. For us, great coffee is about more than flavour. It's about respect, transparency, and recognising the people whose work makes every cup possible.
As GAIA grows, we'll continue to strengthen these connections and share more of the journey from farm to cup. Better relationships create better coffee.

Ethical Sourcing
Ethical sourcing is at the core of GAIA. We’re building with care from the start, working with trusted partners and future collaborators who share our values around quality and transparency.
As we prepare to launch, we’re focused on creating relationships that support fair and transparent trading, responsible farming practices, environmental sustainability, and long-term community investment.
How we source matters.
Through our collaboration with our roaster, we focus on working with producers who care about their craft and are treated fairly for the work they do. It’s about building long-term relationships, understanding where the coffee comes from and the people behind it, not just buying beans.
We’re still learning and developing this side of GAIA, but doing things properly from the start is important to us. For us, quality and responsibility go hand in hand.
